Cristina PENA
born in Spain and has lived in Switzerland for a long time. Working as a movement therapist, the 5Rhythms came to Switzerland in 1992 (Andrea Juhan IBP) and it was the beginning of a new era in bodywork. Cristina attended countless dance classes, both nationally and internationally, before training as a 5Rhythms teacher with Gabrielle Roth in 2003. Cristina is still enthusiastic about this dance practice and has now been teaching it for over 20 years, mainly in Zurich. Read more

from Austria, discovered eutony after her music studies and since then (1997) has dedicated herself to the topic of making healthy music, as well as the deepening work for the holistic development of the personality. Her work is based on a systemic-constructivist approach, which is enriched by continuous training in systemic supervision and coaching, trauma therapy, therapeutic writing, voice work and many years of meditation practice. Currently she leads the first training group for Eutony G.A. in Austria, teaches Eutony in courses for music physiology as well as in the Landesmusikschulwerk Oberösterreich.
