Ingrid MAY
Trained as a physiotherapist in Germany, Ingrid has studied and taught at the Esalen® Institute in Big Sur since 1981. She is a Senior Teacher with the Esalen Healing Arts faculty and co-founder of the Oasis School in Buenos Aires. She leads seminars worldwide, combining deep somatic understanding with heartfelt presence.
