Andrea HARCOS

I grew up in the art city of Szentendre. Since my childhood, my hands have been my most important tool. I made pottery, cut, sewed, felted and created something out of anything that came my way. After school, my path led me into the media and I was a journalist, TV editor, film production manager and owner of a film production company - all counter-moves to my true talent. In 2013, what I can still call my vocation flared up today: handmade works of art, which I call light sculptures due to their special properties. My love for light is unbroken, so light will always be an organic part of my work.
