Kristin NIEGER

Certified Dissolve Therapist, certified Dissolve Coach, certified Craniosacral Therapist, Tai Chi Instructor at HME and certified Qi Gong Therapist. I discovered martial arts at the age of 6 and have been practicing them steadily and continuously ever since. Over the years I have learned and practiced many systems of internal and external cultivation and healing arts. For the past few years I have found my home in Dissolve, Heaven Man Earth Taiji and meditation. These valuable and efficient methods are a great enrichment both on the level of healing, martial arts and personal development and life. To be free and happy. With this guiding principle I go through life myself and also take it with me into the treatments. My concern is to create more lightness, liveliness and more vitality, so that life itself and everyday life can be enjoyed. Continue reading

Chan PARK

is an engineer, meditation coach, and tango dance instructor with a diverse background spanning science and engineering, patent law, and renewable energy, brings a unique perspective to the dance floor. With nineteen years of engineering experience at NASA and a deep exploration of tango, Chan has redefined his understanding of the dance. Since embarking on his tango journey in 1997, Chan experienced a profound moment reminiscent of Zen while dancing with a partner, prompting him to blend his passions into a new approach: Tango Zen. His exploration led him to spend four years from 2008 to 2012 immersed in Buenos Aires’ tango culture, where he aligned his concept of tango with its traditional essence—emphasizing the embrace, music, rhythm, and the profound connection between partners. Chan authored
Tango Zen: Walking Dance Meditation in 2005, a book that has been translated into five languages and shared through workshops in 25 countries. His documentary, Tango Your Life, released in 2012, explores tango as a cultural phenomenon, showcasing his journey through Buenos Aires. Chan now offers Tango Zen workshops regularly in Buenos Aires, where he blends mindfulness with tango to create a dance experience that is both genuine and emotionally resonant. Having conducted the workshop in 24 countries across Europe, the USA, and Asia, Chan is thrilled to bring this unique approach to tango to the very heart of the dance. Additionally, he is working on a new book and film that will further explore the themes of tango and mindfulness, continuing to enrich individuals and the global tango community with his insights.
