Meditation and Mindfulness
The path to one’s own self is a long one, and it is a slow one. So slow that one rests and lingers in the present and flows effortlessly with it. And before we realize it, we have forgotten the path, ourselves and the goal. Then we have arrived in meditation, unintentionally and without judgement completely there. Meditation can be connected with more movement, dance and body awareness or more emphasis on inner silence. Our meditation trainings offer extensive experience and competence in accompanying you on a very personal path, where everyone with or without previous knowledge is invited to stay.
