Colon Hydro Therapy is a safe and effective method to cleanse and detoxify the colon of deposits (incrustations). Already on ancient Egyptian papers (1500 BC) there are reports of colon irrigations. In Ayurvedic medicine, intestinal cleansing is an essential component, and until the first decades of the 20th century it was also considered an integral part of all health methods in Europe.

Why Colon Hydro Therapy

 
The supply of nutrients to the body is regulated by the intestines. Thus, the digestive tract provides fundamental for our well-being. Unfortunately, we often eat too much, too fast, at the wrong time and under stress, which puts a strain on the intestines and our digestive system. Bacterial processes produce fermentation and putrefactive toxins that damage the intestines themselves, the liver and subsequently all organ systems. Digestive disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances and metabolic disorders develop. General reduced performance, sleep disorders, headaches or menopausal symptoms are also related to these poisoning processes.

 
In the Colon Hydro Therapy training you will tackle these problems at the root and receive the basic knowledge to become a holistic Colon Hydro Therapist.

Training in Colon Hydro Therapy

 
The training takes place over 4 consecutive modules of 4 days each with a total of 150 h of contact teaching, 10 h of webinars and 15 h of guided self-study. A training group consists of 4-8 participants. This guarantees a high quality of learning and creates the privacy to be respected for our work with Colon-Hydro-Therapy.

– TEN Traditional European Naturopathy
– Hildegard medicine

 
After this training you will be able to apply Colon Hydro Therapy professionally. You will be able to offer various treatment programs and make nutritional recommendations competently and according to your needs. You will be able to use stool diagnostics in a targeted manner and create a therapy plan. As a holistic CHT therapist, you can place your client’s complaints in a context that reflects their everyday life and make holistic therapy recommendations. You can reflect on your therapeutic work and thereby deeply develop the therapy process.

 
For your start in your intestinal practice we are happy to support you and are your contact person beyond the training.

 
The CHT lecturers are certified naturopaths TEN and specialized in holistic intestinal health. They regularly lead fasting and alkaline cures on an inpatient and outpatient basis and have many years of experience as lecturers.
