Trager Level 18 - Building your practice (ext. organizer)

This Trager training is organized for you by the Trager School Switzerland.

What is involved in building a successful Trager practice?
The goals for this class include being able to comfortably speak about and give a simple feeling experience of our work. We should be able to easily share Mentastics and touch, standing, sitting and at the table, both with individuals and groups.

In this course we deepen the skills to lead Mentastics classes or introductory courses with groups. We use Trager feedback to provide mutual support.

The process of creating and leading groups can be interesting and fun for you! This class is designed to support you in creating the practice you want to have.

Learning objectives

• Theory and practice of how simple table work and the Trager principles are taught in introductory courses
• Preparation of small group courses
• Marketing your courses

Day 1: 10 - 12.30 am / 3 - 6.30 pm
Day 2: 9 - 12.30 am / 3 - 6.30 pm
Day 3: 9 - 12.30 am / 3 - 6.30 pm
Day 4: 9 - 12.30 am / 1.30 - 3 pm
