Zielgruppe
Dieses Retreat richtet sich an alle Menschen, jeden Alters, auch mit leichten körperlichen Behinderungen die gerne zwischen Struktur und freies Tanzen sich bewegen. Es braucht keine besondere Vorkenntnisse, da wir die Retreats mit dem Klientel zusammen gestalten.Kosten

Cristina PENA
born in Spain and has lived in Switzerland for a long time. Working as a movement therapist, the 5Rhythms came to Switzerland in 1992 (Andrea Juhan IBP) and it was the beginning of a new era in bodywork. Cristina attended countless dance classes, both nationally and internationally, before training as a 5Rhythms teacher with Gabrielle Roth in 2003. Cristina is still enthusiastic about this dance practice and has now been teaching it for over 20 years, mainly in Zurich.
Michael SCHÖRNIG
worked as an editor for national and international press agencies in the areas of wellness, nutrition and health after studying communications. Profound personal experiences prompted him to travel to India for several months, which was to have a transformative influence on his life and brought him into contact with yoga. He turned his back on journalism, realised a long-held wish and began his further training in the health sector. An enthusiastic dancer, he has lived and worked as a masseur, yoga teacher and systemic coach in Switzerland since 2004.
