Level 6 - Meridian Shiatsu 3
Course content
This course focuses on differentiated meridian work with the home of the energetic organ as a clear focus. Shiatsu techniques that have already been learnt are refined and new ones are added - such as working with the elbow and the knee. The application of the theory of the five phases of change in practice becomes a valuable working tool. The work with Kyo and Jitsu patterns in the meridian course and the work in deep contact and deep rhythm is deepened. This is supported by the inner technique of straightening and stretching, which is combined with a refinement of the high position. Participants are introduced to the intuitive perception of the body space (whole-body visualisation). KT skills are also expanded, with the process phases in treatment and treatment series playing a special role. The principles of healthy eating and cooking (with Steven Grütter) are expanded. On a review day (with Jürgen Westhoff), the basic osteopathic techniques of level 4 are repeated and deepened.Course aim
