  • Abend Konzert (North Indian classical and folklore music)

Course leaders and musicians

Babua Pahari
Sanjib Pal
Diptesh Bhattacharya
The three musicians have dedicated their lives to Indian music with great devotion. Music and meditation form the basis of an expanding consciousness to enrich the listener with new experiences.
The following quote from Babua Pahari is an example of an expanded field of consciousness when music and healing flow together.

«Every performance is improvised, every time it feels different. Previous incarnations can also appear ... Because the ragas of Indian classical music were historically played as offerings to the gods.»

It is a gift to listen to the wonderful rhythms, melodies and sounds of healing music at the concluding evening concert.

Content

Sound and meditation have a strong tradition in Indian music. Classical Indian music moves these inner spaces of realisation to bring about feelings of deep relaxation and healing. The virtuosity in the playing of the music trio opens the doors to the soul into unimagined worlds of sound.
Mind, body and soul are called into unity and stillness.

Target Group

Apart from a love of music, there are no prerequisites for participation. The exercises are simple and require no prior knowledge. The desire to perceive the listening experience holistically is deepened by the experience and mindfulness of the course team.
