Singing Bowl Massage

Sound is more than mere beauty!

Sound was medicine and therapy in all ancient cultures. This ancient knowledge is celebrating resurrection currently and will be fought theoretically and practically on this weekend using the help of tibetan singing bowls.

Course content

The students will learn and experience

• the phenomenon of sound in theoretical-scientific and practical experience-oriented manner
• a practical and profound method of singing bowl massage
• various self treatments with singing bowls
• practical advice how to use singing bowls in partnership, with children or in their personal everyday life
• indications and contra-indications regarding singing bowl massage
• "spiritual" singing bowl massage

This self-contained training weekend is primarily praxis-oriented. We mainly work in pairs on the floor or on the available massage tables. At the end of this weekend you will be able to apply the singing bowl massage practically and theoretically profound.

Bring along

Comfortable clothes are of advantage, we will work OVER the clothes. Singing bowls are available but can also be bought in the course.

Target group

The course is designed for therapists and anyone interested who want to extend their repertoire with this valuable relaxation technique which is easy to learn and easy to integrate.
