Holistic Dance verbindet Tanz, Somatics, Berührung, Improvisation und persönliche Entwicklung zu einem ganzheitlichen Erfahrungsraum. Der Körper steht dabei im Zentrum: als Ort von Wahrnehmung, Ausdruck, Beziehung und schöpferischer Intelligenz.
Modul 1
Von innen heraus bewegen - Einführung WorkshopEinführung in alle Formen/Methoden. Ankommen und gegenseitiges Kennenlernen in der Gruppe. Organisatorische Aspekte für die gesamte Lehrerfortbildung, wie z.B. Bücherliste, Protokolle, Unterrichtsstunden und Peer-Groups. Gemeinsame Verpflichtungen in Bezug auf Kommunikation, Zustimmung und Berührungskontexte. Sich aus inneren Impulsen heraus bewegen, tanzen und kreative Wege des Ausdrucks finden. Erforschen einer Reihe von Berührungsqualitäten in der Stille und in der Bewegung. Klärung der Intentionen für den individuellen Prozess (Selbsteinschätzung, Prozessbewertung, Zielsetzung). Beginn eines Gruppenrituals.

Elemente des Tanzes - Toolbox
Zeitgenössische Tanzimprovisation als eine Möglichkeit, spezifische Werkzeuge für Bewegung und Ausdruck zu erlernen. Wir arbeiten mit den 4 Elementen des Tanzes: Zeit, Raum, Körper und Kraft. Diese Elemente bilden den Handwerkskasten der Bewegungserfahrungen und können eine spielerische, kreative und strukturelle Unterstützung für alle Tanzerfahrungen sein. Wir erforschen diese Elemente in Solos, Duos, Trios und Gruppenergebnissen. Wir arbeiten mit verschiedenen Qualitäten von Musik/keiner Musik und Sound für den Tanz. Wir finden verschiedene Qualitäten der Beziehung zueinander durch Raum, Zeit und Berührung. Wir erforschen unsere individuelle Ausrichtung, unser inneres Körperbild und Bewegungsqualitäten.

Course instructor
Sabine PARZER
is a dancer, choreographer, dance educator, body therapist and author. She is the director of the Holistic Dance Institute, which she founded in 2010. The institute is accredited by ISMETA, and Sabine is recognised as a Master Somatic Movement Educator. For more than 35 years, she has been teaching, performing and conducting research in the USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Dance from Columbia College Chicago and is trained in Systemic and Integrative Movement Education®. Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement have shaped her work since 1997, complemented by extensive training in somatic and body-oriented methods. From 1999 to 2013, she worked as a holistic dance educator and dance therapist at an Austrian rehabilitation centre. In 2012, she co-founded Contact Festival Austria and served as its artistic director until 2017. She regularly teaches at international dance festivals and is regarded as a pioneer in somatic and healing dance. Her teaching is especially appreciated for its humorous, grounded and holistic approach.
