Learning contents

Restrictions in the fascia system or misalignments of joints have a significant influence on the vibration and resonance behavior of our body. Impairments in the fasciae can lead to poor posture, evasive movements or tension in the joints and can be very painful under certain circumstances. FMT - Fascia in Manual Therapy opens up different approaches and possibilities for us to treat fascia and joints and to improve and promote their movement capacity. The techniques taught are composed of different methods of bodywork and can be easily integrated into existing work concepts.

FMT 4 - Fascia in Manual Therapy: Alignment of the Neck addresses advanced techniques for alignment of the neck, atlas, axis and shoulders.
