Course Content

Experience with Paramjyoti the mystical world of ( turning) dance and Sema ritual, where there is music, singing and dancing. Experience an approach that honors, transmits and goes beyond the traditional form, origin and spiritual orientation of Sufism - represented by musician and music therapist Herbert Walter.

Spiritually, musically and dance-wise we want to span a wide arc. The focus is on the heart of each individual. The practice is for each to connect individually and at the same time all together with THAT which seems truly important and essential to us. It is the experience and celebration of the essential that moves us. Under Paramjyoti's guidance, we create a space for individual, communal and collective prayer.

Prerequisites

In addition to the classical whirling dance, alternatives from the tradition of "dance of the heart" will be shown. Anyone can participate in this seminar, even without previous experience and regardless of physical fitness level or health condition.
