Structure of the Ayurveda Week
PreparationPreparations begin as early as one week before your stay with us. Based on a questionnaire and in consultation with you, you’ll receive recommendations to follow at home (dietary adjustments, cleansing) so that your body is optimally prepared for the week in Kiental. All meals during the week are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles.During your stay: On the day of arrival, there will be a group welcome session, and on the day of departure, a group feedback session with the guests. Throughout the entire retreat, you will receive comprehensive care, and the treatments will be tailored to your individual needs. This includes consultations, highly effective oil treatments and massages, as well as Ayurvedic cuisine. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy your meals in a cozy setting or in peace and quiet on your own.
Follow-up: The week after returning home is dedicated to follow-up care at home, allowing the effects to unfold more deeply. To this end, you’ll receive important dietary and health recommendations that are easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Ayurvedic medicine, healing oils, or other products for home use can be purchased separately. These depend on your individual needs and are therefore not included in the price.
