a positive thinker and intuitive finder. For almost 20 years he has been a trainer for laughter yoga, humor and resilience. His vocation is to show people how to become more lively and joyful again through laughter and meditation. The sound and the silence help us to face the "seriousness of life", to take new perspectives and to find other solutions. In this way we can cope better with stress. Laughter and meditation make us fit and are free resources and help us to achieve more lightness and health in all situations in life.
