This advanced biodynamic course will deepen your clinical practice using principles of Primary Respiration, dynamic stillness and visualizing the Breath of Life. The contemporary client is metabolically unhealthy and a shift in focus to include visualizing spiritual Health is necessary. Metabolic health is linked to the inner subtle body in Eastern medical systems. We learn that Primary Respiration and dynamic stillness are important biodynamic aptitudes including visualizing medicinal colors based on my experience of Tibetan medicine. Dr. Sutherland mentioned the Breath of Life seventeen times in his writing. He perceived that it is a bright light. Perceptual skills of five different colored lights in the fluid body and vascular system are taught based on Sutherland’s perception of the Breath of Life.
Primary Respiration is taught as the element of wind, stillness as the element of space and the heart and vascular tree as the element of fire, the potency according to Dr. Jealous. We learn to work with the potency of Primary Respiration in the vascular system and visualizing medicinal colors in two protocols. The fluid body and the vascular tree of the client become rigid with metabolic problems. These protocols of finding the Health in the Breath of Life are easily integrated into one’s biodynamic practice.

Michael SHEA
Somatic psychology, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Teaches in the USA, Canada and Europe. Masters in Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University, Doctorate in Somatic Psychology from Union Institute. Dr Shea was certified in 1986 as one of the first trainers in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute. Worked as a Rolfer for over 20 years. Currently a teacher at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute in California and teaches human embryology in the pre- and perinatal psychology programme there. Author of several cranio reference book.
Annalis PRENDINA
has been working for 30 years with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Contemplative Meditation. She completed Cranio-training with Franklyn Sills, teacher training with Michael Shea and has taught in her own school (Switzerland, Bosnia, USA). She studied and practiced Buddhist teachings as a Buddhist nun and lived, practiced and taught for four years in the retreat center of Lama Tsultrim Allione (USA). Through her work with severely traumatized clients - mostly in Bosnia - she began to integrate her knowledge and deep experience with Tibetan Buddhism into her biodynamic work. She lives with her two cats in Zurich, Switzerland.
