Es ist eine der grössten Herausforderungen als Paar, die entspannten und verbindenden Räume zu Hause zu kreieren. Überhaupt freie Zeit für bewusste Begegnung zu schaffen. Das Vertiefungsseminar bietet euch einen gehaltenen Rahmen, in dem ihr an Erfahrungen anknüpfen könnt, die euch individuell und als Paar unterstützen. Neue Impulse können euch helfen, eure Intimität zu erneuern und ein paar Schritte mehr auf eurem achtsamen Liebesweg zu gehen. Die Vernetzung im Kreis mit anderen Paaren bestärkt euch und unterstützt - ihr seit nicht alleine unterwegs!

Eran FREIWALD
born and raised in an international family in Montreal, Canada, and living in Switzerland since 2009. Since my first steps in working life as an engineer and during the following years in management, it became increasingly clear to me - it was the deeper personal interactions that drove me, energized me and inspired me. This realization has shaped the decisions of my life (and career) to this day. For this reason, I lived in a large living community for four years that focused on exploring new ways of deeper and more authentic communication and connection with others. This also motivates me as a consultant and workshop leader. This same focus has also sent me on a journey into my own inner self over the last 10 years. Alone and as part of many groups, I have explored self-reflection, meditation, psychology, bodywork and spirituality. Often the biggest catalysts for growth and self-discovery have been challenging events in my life.
