born and raised in an international family in Montreal, Canada, and living in Switzerland since 2009. Since my first steps in working life as an engineer and during the following years in management, it became increasingly clear to me – it was the deeper personal interactions that drove me, energized me and inspired me. This realization has shaped the decisions of my life (and career) to this day.
\nFor this reason, I lived in a large living community for four years that focused on exploring new ways of deeper and more authentic communication and connection with others. This also motivates me as a consultant and workshop leader. This same focus has also sent me on a journey into my own inner self over the last 10 years. Alone and as part of many groups, I have explored self-reflection, meditation, psychology, bodywork and spirituality.
