The body is at the center\u2014as a place of perception, expression, relationship, and creative intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Through improvisational dance, somatic movement practices, Authentic Movement, mindful touch, and movement improvisation, we explore our individual movement possibilities and develop a deeper awareness of the body, space, expression, and relationship. Rather than learning a specific dance technique or trying to do something \u201cright,\u201d we are invited to discover our own movement intelligence, expressive potential, and vitality.<\/p>\n<p>Holistic Dance brings together <strong>artistic freedom, embodied awareness, and personal development<\/strong>. Movement is understood as a living process through which physical, emotional, mental, and relational experiences can meet and unfold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We work with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Authentic Movement<\/strong> \u2013 exploring inner impulses, awareness, presence, and spontaneous movement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Somatics &amp; body awareness<\/strong> \u2013 incorporating elements of Feldenkrais, Body-Mind Centering, and applied anatomy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Improvisation &amp; dance improvisation<\/strong> \u2013 exploring relationship, weight, space, dynamics, and nonverbal communication<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mindful touch<\/strong> \u2013 exploring different qualities of touch for body awareness, relaxation, and regulation of muscular tone<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dance pedagogy &amp; composition<\/strong> \u2013 expanding individual movement vocabulary and artistic expression<\/li>\n<li><strong>Movement meditation &amp; Transitiontime<\/strong> \u2013 deepening, reflecting on, and artistically integrating our experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This introductory workshop offers an experiential entry point into the approach and philosophy of <strong>Holistic Dance<\/strong>, inviting you to discover the connection between dance, body awareness, touch, creativity, and personal transformation.<\/p>\n<p>For those who would like to deepen this work and bring it into their own professional practice, the <strong>Kientalerhof<\/strong> offers a professional <strong>Holistic Dance Teachers Training<\/strong>.
