Through coaching and 8 active (Transformational Breath\u00ae) sessions Daniela and Catherine will support and guide you to reach your goals. Gift yourself with this life changing opportunity in the magnificent surroundings of the Kiental valley!<\/p>\n<h2>Course content<\/h2>\n<li>8 breath sessions in the group (2 per day)<\/li>\n<li>personal coaching &amp; support<\/li>\n<li>group talks<\/li>\n<li>movement, meditation, relaxation, walks<\/li>\n<h2>Languages<\/h2>\n<p>The language will be adapted to the participants and translated as needed English, French, German (Italian &amp; Spanish)<\/p>\n<h2>Leaders<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Daniela<\/strong> runs a practice in Zurich offering coaching and breathwork sessions for personal development. She is a trained bodyworker and is interested in the relationship of body, mind and spirit. She offers sessions in Rolfing \u2013 structural integration, Esalen massage and Trager therapy. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Catherine<\/strong> has been working as a coach and breathworker for many years and supports her clients through 1:1 and group sessions. She has a background in human resources and health management and also brings breathwork into organisations. Catherine now focuses on wellbeing holidays in Cuba, Senegal and Spain with &#8220;MyHappyRetreats&#8221;, where she offers breathwork combined with different mind &amp; body topics such as dancing or detox and in the context of an authentic holiday.
