Examination options and treatment techniques from all three areas of osteopathy (parietal\/movement apparatus, visceral\/internal organs, craniosacral\/skull &#8211; sacrum &#8211; CNS) are taught. Muscle energy techniques for the joints as well as highly effective unwinding and fascia techniques are also introduced. Students learn to combine these techniques with meridian work and integrate them into their Shiatsu. With regard to KT competences, we will look at what it means to work with caregivers on a case-by-case basis and interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals. We will also reflect together on the competencies of &#8220;working in public and networking&#8221; and &#8220;managing and organising operations&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Course objectives<\/h2>\n<p> At the end of this course, you will <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be able to examine all three areas of osteopathy<\/li>\n<li>imbalances in the parietal, visceral and cranial areas, visceral and cranial areas of the body with specific techniques<\/li>\n<li>Experience the high effectiveness of listening approaches<\/li>\n<li>Deepen the indirect approach according to Sutherland<\/li>\n<li>Integrate unwinding and fascial techniques into your Shiatsu<\/li>\n<li>Have a clearer understanding of working with a focus area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Target group<\/h2>\n<p>Students of the shiatsu training of the ISS Kiental or other schools.<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>Attendance in Level 1-8 at the ISS or equivalent courses at other institutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Remarks<\/h2>\n<p>47 hours education\/advanced training EMR\/ASCA compliant.<\/p>\n<h2>Further Information<\/h2>\n<p>Between levels 8 and 9, a total of at least 20 treatments must be given (of which at least 20 must be recorded in reports). Between levels 8 and 9, at least 1 tutorial and 1 mentoring session must be completed.<\/p>\n<p>Between levels 8 and 10 the first case study has to be written. This case study will be supervised by one of the teachers or mentors of ISS Kiental. This is usually done in the presence of the teacher or mentor, but can also be done by email or telephone. For this the students take a supervision.
