Self-care, connection with the Earth, creativity and empowerment are actively nurtured.<\/p>\n<h2>Course schedule<\/h2>\n<p>July 3\u20135, 2026<br \/>\nArrival on Friday afternoon<br \/>\nCourse starts at 5:00 p.m.<br \/>\nEvening program on Friday and Saturday after dinner<br \/>\nStart on Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m.<br \/>\nCourse ends on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<h2>Target audience<\/h2>\n<p>This weekend is open to women of all ages who long for personal growth, deep self-connection, community in a women\u2019s circle, and spiritual\u2013creative exploration, and who are open to inner processes, ritual work and connection with nature.<\/p>\n<h2>Course price<\/h2>\n<p>CHF 270.00 plus accommodation and meals (see table).<\/p>\n<h2>Accommodation<\/h2>\n<p>The most affordable option is the dormitory (10 places at the Naturhof) for CHF 20.00 per night plus meals. Another option is the Bl\u00fcemlisalp campground, which you must book yourself (see above).<br \/>\nIf you choose one of these two options, please inform Naturhof before the course which meals you would like to have at Kientalerhof.<\/p>\n<h2>Meals<\/h2>\n<p>When booking, please indicate which meals you would like to have with the group at the Kientalerhof.<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:naturhof@kientalerhof.ch\">Email Naturhof<\/a><br \/>\nBreakfast CHF 20.00 (included in the price of your stay at the Kientalerhof, if you are staying there)<br \/>\nLunch: CHF 24.00<br \/>\nDinner: CHF 24.00<br \/>\nAll meals are vegetarian, regional, and lovingly prepared by our kitchen team.
